The debate will be conducted in two panels:
1. The situation in the United States after the elections and its impact on politics.

- Jan Zahradil, former Member of the European Parliament,
- Kateřina Weissova, Director of the Center for Transatlantic Relations (PCTR),
- Mila Garrett, student at Anglo-American University,
- moderator Veselin Vachkov, Director of the Strategeo Institute.
2. The impact of the elections on the US and global economy, transatlantic economic and trade relations (new protectionism, friend-shoring, deglobalization, etc.)
- doc. Ing. Jiří Schwarz, CSc, President of Anglo-American University,
- Petr Pudil, entrepreneur and patron of the arts,
- Jan Švejnar, Czech-American professor of economics, founder of Cerge-Ei,
- Ondřej Jonáš, investment banker
- moderator Jan Macháček, President of the Strategeo Institute.
The debate will be held in English and is expected to last 90 minutes followed by the discussion with the audience. In order for the panel to run smoothly, we would like to ask you to arrive at the venue (room 2.07, AAU building, Letenská 5, in the courtyard to the right, up the stairs to the 1st floor) 10 minutes before the start of the panel.
By participating in the debate, each participant agrees to the making of an audio-visual recording, which will be available afterwards.
